Belmare Residence is a building of the end of the 19th century, situated in the historic center of Marina di Carrara, via Alfio Maggiani 67, very close to the beach, and in the middle of the shops, small bars – patisserie, ice-cream parlor, they are well known for the quality of their products.

After two years of refurbishment, the building has been ready and four residential unit, two on the first floor and two on the second floor, are now holiday house.
The building preserves, on the street side facade, the charm of an old buildings, whereas the interior part is more contemporary, with the iron and stone stair, the balustrade will have the appearance of a vertical garden as soon as the plants will be grow up.

The apartaments have an access from a gallery in Via Alfio Maggiani, getting in by an external stair in a bloom courtyard. They all have independent access.
All the apartaments have a double bedroom, a bathroom with window, a living room with kitchen area and comfortable sofa bed, a terrace with table and chairs. The apartaments on the second floor have also a loft where two more people can stay.
The home furnishing is shabby with contemporary contaminations.

The Belmare Residence is a perfect support for your sea holidays, it’s possible to rent a beach umbrella and a chair at the many bathing establishments, reachable on foot or by renting a bicycle; boat ride organized by Club Nautico are possible in addition to more classical destination such as Carrara Quarries, Versilia, Cinque Terre, not forgetting Lunigiana and his castles.
Belmare Residence is the last effort of the Villa Belvedere’s owner. The name comes from Villa Belverde history, that in the 20es had a sister, Villa Belmare in Marina di Massa, is for honouring the name of Lazzerini family, previous owner of the villa, that we have called it with the name Belmare to remember their story, that now is our story.
